I just wanted to say a big thank you to Ivania Elena from myself and Seb for the excellent job you did choreographing our first dance. You were a fantastic teacher and we really enjoyed our lessons with you. The dance went down an absoute storm with our guests! Everyone loved it, especially the dips which got a loud cheer everytime! Neither of us knew what to expect and were slightly dubious about even taking formal lessons but Wedding Dance have done a great job. Ivania Elena is an absolutely fantastic teacher. Always positive, highly encouraging and very engaging she makes the lessons fun and you can feel yourself growing in confidence after each one. Shiv Sivarajah.

Both Jules and I really enjoyed the lesson (despite the damage I managed to do to her foot). The Expressions Dance studio was easy to find and had good facilities (cafe to get some water etc). The room itself was just large enough to do a social foxtrot in with limited technique (my tendency is to take big steps and had I been trying to take the size steps I was taught for the modern dances, I think space would have been tight, but for the dances we did the room was fine). Having a mirrored wall was very helpful during the run-throughs of the dances. Simon was an excellent instructor - he needed to very patient be trying to teach me, given the fact that my memory span suddenly seemed to drop to about 2 minutes as soon as I walked in. He didn't try to rush us through the dances and taught us quite a lot given that he only had a couple of hours, far more than I learnt in my first 2 hour lesson many years ago. He pitched the lesson at the right level - we were challenged all the way through without feeling intimidated by what we were being asked to do. In short, excellent across the board. We thought Simon Lister was excellent. My husband and I are complete beginners and Simon was both patient and clear in his instructions. you can tell that he really enjoys dancing and teaching dance and his enthusiasm was infectious. We truly enjoyed our lessons and look forward to picking up ballroom dancing again once we have settled into married life. Jan Yee

Just wanted to write and say how fab it was to have Caroline as a teacher. She explained everyting perfectly and was very patient (needed at times!). I thoroughly enjoyed the course and thought Simon was a very good and patient teacher. We covered quite a lot in relatively short space of time and the course has whetted my appetite for dancing. Considering the different pace at which people learn Simon was very good at making sure everybody felt confident before moving on to the next dance. Private Ballroom and Latin Dance Lessons

Going to a ball and want to learn a Viennese Waltz or any other dance style. We can either come to you if you have enough space in your home or to one of our dance studios. Home lessons are 2 hours cost £130 and by the end of the 2 hour session you will have learnt at least one dance style.
